Lily is a Senior Engagement Manager in our New York office. Lily brings a wealth of marketing and brand expertise across telecom, financial services, travel & leisure, CPG, and healthcare. Her work is centered on how to ensure brand relevance when creating customer experience strategies and go-to-market strategies. Lily has led complex projects using a customer-centric approach to drive growth.
Before joining Prophet, Lily held positions at American Express creating card member segmentation strategies, marketing plans, partnership programs, and identifying opportunities to expand the membership rewards program.
Lily received a B.A. from Stanford and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
